Landon Turner
Owner & Contractor
Landon Turner is a licensed general contractor and the founder of Turner & Co Construction, bringing a passion for quality craftsmanship and thoughtful design to every project. A graduate of the University of Florida with a degree in Food and Resource Economics, Landon combines business acumen with hands-on construction experience to deliver homes that are both functional and built to last.
A 5th generation Floridian, Landon has deep roots in the state and a strong appreciation for the communities he serves. Before launching his construction business in 2019, he built a foundation in real estate and spent years gaining practical experience in the construction trade. This background gives him a unique perspective on the entire building process—from land and planning to the final details that make a house feel like home. Today, Landon focuses on building custom and semi-custom homes with an emphasis on quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. His goal is to create homes that reflect each client’s vision while maintaining the highest standards of construction and integrity. Through Turner & Co Construction, Landon is proud to help families and homeowners across Desoto, Hardee and Highlands counties bring their ideas to life—building spaces designed for comfort, durability, and lasting memories.
Kirsten Turner
Communications
Kirsten Turner serves as the Chief Communications Officer for Turner & Co Construction, where she has played a key role in the company since its founding. Working closely alongside founder Landon Turner, Kirsten helps ensure clear, consistent communication with clients throughout every stage of the building process.
She also provides design insight on projects and oversees the company’s social media presence, helping share the story behind each home and the work of the Turner & Co team. Kirsten earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Media Studies from Stetson University, with minors in Humanities and Journalism. Her educational background brings a thoughtful, well-rounded perspective to the company, allowing her to combine strategic communication, creative design, and storytelling to enhance the client experience. With more than 10 years of experience managing and overseeing multiple projects, Kirsten is known for delivering timely, high-quality work while maintaining strong attention to detail and deadlines. Her background in communications and design helps ensure that clients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout their building journey. A 4th generation Floridian, Kirsten shares the company’s deep connection to the communities it serves. Her commitment to community involvement, strong communication, and thoughtful design helps shape the culture and client-focused approach that defines Turner & Co Construction.
